Our Energy Efficiency Proposal
The NJ Board of Utilities is giving all residents the opportunity to be heard and participate in shaping New Jersey’s energy efficiency transition plan by submitting written comments. CCEF strongly encourages everyone to use this opportunity to express support for energy efficiency and advocate for a consumer-friendly plan that fully incentivizes utilities to invest in energy efficiency programs and is financed over a longer period of time to lessen the economic impact on our residents.

Members of the public may file written comments with the Secretary of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities at 44 South Clinton Avenue, Post Office Box 350, Trenton, New Jersey 08625- 0350, Attn: Aida Camacho-Welch, regardless of whether they participate in the public meeting. Written comments may also be submitted electronically to EnergyEfficiency@bpu.nj.gov in PDF or Word format. Please include a subject line of “Energy Efficiency Transition – Full Straw Proposal.” All comments must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. on April 13, 2020.
